ALL COURSES: 

TLI30321 Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations – This course will teach students how to move, store, receive, and dispatch goods correctly. It also covers key areas including the receipt and dispatch of product, warehouse equipment operations, checking and maintenance, occupational health and safety, customer service, teamwork, and resource management.

TLI31222 Certificate III in Driving Operations – A course in Driving Operations is an opportunity to increase skills and knowledge as a professional driver. Students will up-skill and understand all the latest requirements, including fatigue management, load restraint, chain of responsibility, route planning and processing workplace documents.

BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management –  The course is designed to develop emerging leaders and managers across a range of industries and organisations.

BSB30120 Certificate III in Business – Students will develop a broad range of knowledge covering a variety of different business aspects. Students will also develop a solid foundation for further study.

TLID0015 Load and Unload Goods/Cargo – This unit involves the skills and knowledge required to load and unload goods and/or cargo. It includes loading and unloading goods and cargo, securing and protecting a load and completing all required documentation in accordance with relevant state or territory roads and traffic authority regulations and permit requirements.

TLID0021 Store and Handle Dangerous Goods and Hazardous Substances – This unit involves the skills and knowledge required to store and handle dangerous goods and hazardous substances. It includes identifying requirements for working with dangerous goods and/or hazardous substances, confirming site incident procedures and selecting handling techniques in accordance with relevant work health safety (WHS)/occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations concerning the safe handling of dangerous goods and hazardous substances, within the transport and logistics industry.

TLILIC0003 Licence to Operate a Forklift Truck – This unit specifies the skills and knowledge required to operate a forklift truck safely in accordance with all relevant legislative requirements. Competence in this unit, does not in itself result in a HRWL licence to operate this plant.

TLIB0002 Carry out Vehicle Inspection – This unit involves the skills and knowledge required to carry out inspection of a commercial vehicle, including hauling units and any attached trailer, in accordance with relevant workplace procedures.

TLIF0005 Apply a Fatigue Risk Management System – This unit of competency involves the skills and knowledge required for heavy vehicle drivers to manage fatigue and to work safely within the Transport and Logistics industry.

TLIF0006 Administer a Fatigue Risk Management System – This unit of competency involves the skills and knowledge required for road transport schedulers or supervisors/managers to administer a fatigue risk management system within the Transport and Logistics industry.

TLIF0009 Ensure the Safety of Transport Activities (Chain of Responsibility) – Nationally Recognised Unit of Competency outlines the chain of responsibility features and provides participants with a general understanding of the relevant legislation, legal responsibilities and penalties that may be imposed.

FUNDING

The Skills Assure Suppliers (SAS) system provides a central register of pre-approved Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) for the delivery of training and assessment services subsidised by the Department of Employment, Small Business and Training. Eligible trainees and students can have a portion of their course fees covered by government funding.
