James Archibald

Head of Growth

James is instrumental in defining and combining product solutions and subsequent deployment. His responsibilities include identifying new markets, performing demonstrations for partners, conducting market intelligence surveys to identify potential customers, sending out product development bulletins, and affecting production in the direction of industry needs. He is here to create and maintain excellent relations with partners.
Ian Johnson
Operations Manager

Ian is in charge of improving the operational systems and policies in support of Logmaster’s mission. Automating management reporting, information flow, business process and organisational planning. Long-term planning, including initiatives geared towards operational excellence. Developing individual program budgets. Managing and increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of support services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions. Driving initiatives in the management team and organisationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence.

Stewart Flecknoe-Brown
Administrative Director

Stewart directs and develops collaboration within the leadership team. He brings managerial skillsets into the company and initiates strategies to make administration more effective. He participates in preparing forecasts and projections. Reviews report structures and database outcomes. Monitors and ensures the organisation’s compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Daniel Moore
Chief Financial Officer
Daniel provides direction and management of the finance and accounting operations. He provides strategic recommendations to the executive management team. Manages processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and oversees the preparation of all financial reporting. Advice on long-term business and financial planning. Establishes and develops relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders. Reviews all formal finance, HR and IT related procedures.

Riddhi Trivedi
Director of HR

Riddhi helps plan, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, procedures, and activities of the Human Resource (HR) department. She ensures legal compliance and implementation of the organisation’s mission and talent strategy. Collaborates with leadership to understand the organisation’s goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention. Conducts research and analysis of organisational trends including review of reports and metrics from the talent management system.

Josh Saunders
Managing Director

Josh oversees the performance of the company as a whole and is responsible for developing the strategic operating plan and executing projects to achieve objectives for the long-term sustainability of the company. Josh also manages the execution of the growth and expansion plan and manages the efficiency of the departments within the business. Josh communicates the vision and values of the company and provides motivation and direction to the team. Josh is dedicated to providing a supportive, collaborative and rewarding workplace for the entire Logmaster team.
