Fleet Complete (formally Complete Innovations) was founded in 1998 and incorporated in 2000 by Tony Lourakis & Andrew Merisanu. The company was initially conceived to address the needs of the courier service industry, but due to its innovative success quickly grew and expanded across multiple sectors. What made Fleet Complete successful is its integrated approach to customer needs, providing solutions in one single telematics platform that is scalable to any business.

Fleet Complete has been operating in Australia since 2003, formerly under the name Securatrak. At the time, Securatrak were one of the first Australian companies to enter the GPS Fleet Management sector. This wealth of industry experience, combined with a channel partnership through Telstra, has seen Fleet Complete Australia become one of the market leaders in the region.
